📋 RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products (software, license keys), all sales are generally considered final. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

No refunds will be issued if:

• The license key has been activated or used
• The product has been downloaded
• The customer changes their mind after purchase

Refunds or key replacements may be granted if:

• The key is non-functional and our technical team confirms the issue originates from our side
• The product delivered does not match its description
• The request is submitted within 7 days of the purchase date
