Background removed, sized for the marketplace, renamed - without an account or an internet connection.

What Is KBT Photo Studio?

KBT Photo Studio takes the product photos you already have and makes them fit to list: it cuts the background out, centres the product in the size the marketplace asks for, drops your logo in the corner and renames every file on the way out. The whole thing runs on your own Windows PC - the model is installed with the app - so there is no account to open, nothing uploaded, and nothing to pay per photo. Full source code included.

Core Features

A Whole Folder at Once

Choose as many photos as you like and press one button. Six photos took about five seconds on an ordinary laptop, and the progress bar counts photos that have actually finished, not an animation.

The Size Each Shop Wants

Square 1:1 for TikTok Shop, Amazon and Shopify; portrait 3:4 for Etsy and Shopee; vertical 9:16 for Reels and Shorts; wide 16:9 for a banner. The product is centred with the space you choose around it, never stretched, never cropped.

Your Brand, Your File Names

Put your logo in any corner at the size and strength you pick, and have every file come out as your-sku-01, your-sku-02, ready for a bulk upload.

It Tells You When It Cannot Do It

A photo with no clear product in it - a close-up of fabric, say - keeps its original background and is flagged on screen, instead of handing you a blank white square you would have uploaded without noticing.

Nothing Leaves Your Computer

No sign-up, no API key, no credits, no upload. Pull the network cable out and it still works.

Questions Buyers Ask

How fast is it?

Six photos took about five seconds on an ordinary laptop. Larger photos take longer, and the app works through a batch one photo at a time so you can see how far it has got.

Do I need an account or an API key?

No. The background-removal model is installed with the app and runs on your own processor. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay per photo.

Do my photos get uploaded anywhere?

No. They are read from your disk and written back to your Pictures folder. The app works with the internet disconnected.

Is the cut-out always right?

No, and the app says so. Fur, lace and glass are hard for any automatic tool. A photo with no clear product - a fabric close-up, for instance - keeps its original background and is flagged on screen rather than coming out as a blank square.

Can I keep the original background?

Yes. One tick box turns the cut-out off, and the app only resizes, adds your logo and renames.

Can I put my own brand on the software?

Yes. The name, logo and colours live in one configuration file, and the full source code is included; the README shows exactly what to change.

Which marketplaces does it fit?

The built-in sizes cover TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Shopee and vertical video. Each marketplace sets its own image rules, so check theirs before you upload.
